When a Termite Report is ordered a Licensed Professional Termite Inspector will examine the interior, and exterior areas of the structure in question. The inspector may limit the report to a specific area if requested by a home owner, and the report is not needed for a real estate transaction.

What will the inspector look for during the Termite Inspection?

  • Visible signs of a Termite Infestation- Droppings, broken wings, mud tubes, actual termites, and wood damage.

  • Water damage- Leaky pipes, toilets. Things like this can lead to water damage.

  • Wood Damage/ Fungus Growth

  • All wood destroying organisms
